  - MAINE TRAILS GUIDE SERVICE SPECIALIZES IN MAINE WILDERNESS CANOE TRIPS ON THE FAMOUS ALLAGASH & WEST BRANCH PENOBSCOT RIVERS -

Maine Trails Guide Service offers fully guided & outfitted canoe trips on the famous Allagash Wilderness Waterway, the West Branch of the Penobscot River, Lobster, Telos, Webster & Chesuncook Lakes, and canoe, hiking and family camping trips to Maine's Baxter State Park.

  - Our trips are always set at a leisurely pace and   provide many opportunities for fishing, wildlife and moose watching, swimming, relaxing and exploring.  Each night a healthy and hearty meal is served, and we make every effort to make our clients comfortable in the wilds of Maine.

- Trips are participatory in nature (meaning that everyone helps with all aspects of living & travel in the wilderness) and no prior experience is necessary.  We take great pride in teaching the appropriate paddling & camping skills required along the way.
